We are looking for energetic and customer-focused front-end team members who can create a welcoming experience while maintaining high standards of hygiene, service and speed.

• Role & ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers warmly and assist them with menu selection.
• Take dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders accurately.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, customisations and add-ons to customers.
• Operate the POS/billing system and handle cash, UPI and card payments.
• Ensure orders are prepared and handed over accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth order flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, dining area and front-of-house.
• Ensure food presentation and packaging meet Green Feast standards.
• Handle customer queries and complaints politely and professionally.
• Suggest relevant add-ons, beverages and upgrades where appropriate.
• Monitor front-end stock such as packaging, cutlery, tissues, sauces and beverages.
• Follow all company SOPs related to hygiene, service, billing and customer experience.
• Support opening and closing duties of the outlet.
• Maintain a positive, professional and energetic attitude during peak hours.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 12th pass preferred.
• Prior experience in a QSR, café, restaurant or hospitality business is preferred.
• Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills can also apply.
• Good communication and basic English/Hindi skills.
• Comfortable using POS systems and digital payment methods.
• Presentable, punctual and disciplined.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
• Strong customer-service mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.
