Event Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, decorators, caterers, and other service providers.

Manage event schedules, logistics, venue arrangements, and on-ground activities.

Ensure smooth execution of events as per client requirements.

Handle guest coordination and resolve issues during events.

Assist with budgeting, quotations, and vendor negotiations.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of all event activities.

Monitor event setup, branding, decorations, and overall presentation.

Prepare event reports and maintain necessary documentation.

Travel to event locations as required.

Requirements:

Graduate in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

1–3 years of experience in event management/event execution preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
