Estate Advisor

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-focused Female Estate Advisor to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding clients' property requirements, presenting suitable options, managing site visits, and supporting clients throughout the property-buying process.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and handle leads through calls, digital channels, and other sources.
• Understand clients' property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
• Present and explain suitable residential/commercial property options.
• Follow up regularly with leads and prospective buyers.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Good knowledge of local real estate markets and property trends.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in real estate sales, property consulting, banking, insurance, hospitality, or related customer-facing roles will be preferred.
