E-Commerce Backend & Product Data Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Add and update products in Odoo
• Upload products and product information to our website and online marketplaces
• Maintain product titles, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials and colors
• Upload, organize and rename product images
• Maintain product SKUs, codes and categories
• Update stock quantities and product prices
• Prepare and maintain Excel product databases
• Create and manage marketplace product feeds
• Check product data for errors and duplication
• Maintain product categories, attributes and variants
• Research and enter relevant product keywords
• Coordinate with the sales, design and production teams for product information
• Maintain accurate records of products and inventory
• Perform regular backend data checking and corrections

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good computer and internet skills
• Fast and accurate data entry
• Good English reading and writing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with large Excel files
• Basic understanding of e-commerce product listings
• Ability to manage multiple products systematically

Preferred Skills -Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:

• Odoo
• Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
• Alibaba
• Amazon Seller Central
• Walmart Marketplace
• Etsy
• Product feed management
• Basic SEO/product keyword research
• Canva or basic image editing
• Inventory management
