Job Description
Process: Travel Chat Support
Location: Pratap Nagar, Jaipur
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Interview: Face-to-Face (F2F) / Virtual( only for outstaion candidates)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Both Can Apply
Education: Graduate / Undergraduate
Communication: Versant Level 5
Shifts: 24×7 Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days
Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs
💰 Salary & Incentives
₹27,000 CTC including ₹2,500 PLI
₹24,500 CTC + ₹2,500 PLI
Approx. ₹20,000 In-Hand + ₹2,500 PLI (as applicable)
- Handle customer queries through Chat Support
- Assist customers with travel/ride-related concerns
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain excellent customer experience and service quality
- Follow process guidelines and meet performance targets
✅ Candidate Requirements:
- Good English communication & typing skills
- Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts
- Local Jaipur candidates preferred due to F2F interview and WFO requirement
