About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business leads.
• Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Present the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate deals.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
