Back Office Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel to manage data efficiently and prepare reports.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update company records, databases, and documents.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Advanced MS Excel.
• Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle documentation, filing, and MIS reporting.
• Analyze data and generate reports using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and charts.
• Assist in preparing presentations and operational reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidentiality.
• Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, Charts, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
