Account Executive (Accounting)

Day-to-Day Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain and update daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments) using Tally Prime / ERP.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely follow-ups and vendor payments.
• Process and reconcile petty cash transactions for daily factory and office expenses.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Calculate and accurately file monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B).
• Generate E-way bills for the dispatch and inward movement of fabrics and garments.
• Calculate, deduct, and file TDS accurately and on time.

Banking & Reporting

• Perform daily or weekly Bank Reconciliation Statements.
• Prepare weekly Management Information System (MIS) reports on cash flow, outstanding dues, and expenses.
• Assist senior accountants or auditors in the finalization of the year-end balance sheet and company audits.

Should have own vehicle and Smartphone
