Telesales Executive

Job Summary

The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for contacting solar installers, EPC companies, dealers, and distributors across India to explain the benefits and convert them into paid customers by selling vendor lead packages.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong persuasion ability, confidence in sales conversations, and a target-driven attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Calling
• Call prospective solar vendors from the provided database.
• Introduce the Solurja App and its features.
• Explain vendor registration and package details.
• Convince vendors to purchase lead packages.
• Follow up regularly until conversion.
• Sales Conversion
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally.
• Build trust with vendors regarding lead quality.
• Upsell higher-value packages whenever applicable.
• Customer Relationship
• Maintain long-term relationships with registered vendors.
• Resolve basic queries related to app usage.
• Coordinate with the support team for technical issues.
• CRM & Reporting
• Update every call in CRM.
• Record call outcomes accurately.
• Maintain follow-up schedules.
• Submit daily sales reports.
