Job Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling high-intent leads generated through Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and IndiaMART. Your primary goal is to understand customer requirements, pitch our Machines, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Call assigned leads promptly from Meta Ads and IndiaMART platforms.
- Sales Conversion: Pitch product benefits effectively to convert inquiries into paid customers.
- Requirement Gathering: Ask relevant questions to understand customer needs and budget.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a polite, professional, and persuasive tone on every call.
- CRM Management: Update call logs, lead status, and customer details accurately daily.
- Follow-up Management: Track and follow up with hot and warm prospects regularly.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily talk-time metrics and monthly sales targets consistently.
