Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Field Sales)

Location: Indore

Salary:₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour break)

Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to generate business opportunities and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and prospective customers. The role involves field visits, client meetings, and showroom/store coordination to promote products and convert leads into sales.

• Key Responsibilities Visit architects, interior designers, builders, and potential clients to generate business.
• Schedule and attend appointments with prospective customers.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with architects and channel partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Coordinate with the internal sales team for quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
• Maintain records of daily visits, meetings, and sales activities.
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
• Work closely with the reporting manager to achieve monthly sales targets.
• RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Field Sales, or Business Development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field work and client meetings.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience:

Candidates with experience in modular furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, interiors, home décor, construction materials, building products, tiles, sanitaryware, plywood, laminates, or related industries will be preferred.
