Job Description

About us: Renascence Global is a study abroad consultancy in Vijay Nagar, Indore, helping students get admission to universities in the UK, Australia, Europe, UAE, and New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

  • Open the office each morning and have it ready before the day begins
  • Prepare and serve tea/coffee/water to visiting students, parents, and staff
  • Keep the office clean and tidy throughout the day
  • Run small errands — courier pickup/drop-off, photocopying, bank work, buying stationery and pantry supplies
  • Help staff with basic filing and other day-to-day tasks as needed
  • Switch off lights, AC, and equipment, and lock up at closing

Requirements:

  • 8th–10th pass
  • Experience as an office boy/helper preferred; freshers welcome
  • Punctual and reliable — comfortable opening the office early each day
  • Polite and well-mannered with visitors
  • Basic spoken Hindi; basic English is a plus, not compulsory

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Mon–Sat
