Salary: ₹21,000 - ₹45,000 per month + Incentives

About the Role

hiring experienced Security Officers and Security Supervisors for Field Officer roles. Candidates who have their own security manpower and good market network will be given priority.

Key Responsibilities

Site Management: Handle and supervise security operations at client sites

New Business: Bring new security sites/contracts in your area

Team Handling: Manage security guards and ensure proper deployment

Client Coordination: Maintain good relationship with clients and resolve issues

Reporting: Daily reporting to head office and maintain records

Who Can Apply

Gender: Male & Female both can apply

Experience: Experienced Security Officer / Supervisor preferred

Must Have: 

  - Own security manpower available

  - Good network in local market

  - Ability to bring new sites

- Skills: Honest, responsible, good communication, leadership qualities

- Education: 10th pass and above
