Job Description
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate new business opportunities for the Business.
* Approach and connect with potential brands, vendors, partners, and clients.
* Explain the business model, offerings, and partnership opportunities.
* Generate leads through calling, networking, market visits, and references.
* Conduct meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients.
* Negotiate and close business deals.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
* Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
* Track market trends and competitor activities.
👤 Candidate Profile:
* Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Business Management preferred.
* 0–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Food & Beverage / Retail.
* Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills can also apply.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Target-oriented, energetic, and confident personality.
* Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
