About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales Managers to join our real estate sales team in Khandwa.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, conducting site visits and converting enquiries into property sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through calling, references, networking and local market visits.
• Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert enquiries into site visits.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and other relevant information to customers.
• Conduct and coordinate property/site visits.
• Build strong relationships with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate and assist customers through the booking process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update sales/leads in the CRM or reporting system.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Develop strong knowledge of the local Khandwa real estate market.
• Candidate Profile0–5 years of sales experience preferred, especially in real estate, banking, insurance, automobile, FMCG, telecom or other field-sales roles.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and customer-handling ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
• Knowledge of the Khandwa local market will be an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and a strong desire to build a career in sales may also apply.

Compensation Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + attractive sales incentives
