Job Description

Role Title: BDM / Relationship Manager – Sales

Location: Surat

Industry: Stock Broking / Financial Services

  • Main responsibilitiesAcquire new clients for:
  • Demat & trading accounts
  • Mutual funds
  • Insurance
  • IPO / bonds / other investment products
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Generate leads through references, field visits, calling, and local networking
  • Achieve monthly sales targets (account opening / revenue)
  • Cross-sell financial products to existing clients
  • Guide clients on market products and investment options
  • Coordinate with branch operations for account opening, KYC, and service issues
  • Follow up on inactive clients and reactivate trading accounts
  • Skills usually expectedStrong sales and communication skills
  • Knowledge of stock market basics (equity, demat, trading)
  • Client handling / relationship management
  • Local market networking in Surat
  • Basic Excel / CRM usage
  • Preferably experience in broking, banking, insurance, or wealth sales
