Area Sales Executive

Job Description: Area Sales Executive (ASE)

Role Purpose

Drive primary and secondary sales, manage market execution, and expand

distributor and retailer networks.

Key Information

 Salary Budget: ₹5.0 - 6.0 LPA + Performance Incentives

 Experience: 5–7 years (Minimum 2.6 years with current employer)

 Education: Graduate preferred

 Location: Indore, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Agra, Rajasthan

 Working Days: Fixed Sundays off; 2nd and 3rd Saturdays off

 Age Criteria- Candidate age should be less then 40 Years.

 Requirements: Male candidates only; personal bike and valid driving

license mandatory

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 Achieve primary sales targets and grow secondary sales.

 Expand dealer and distributor networks.

 Manage product mix and ensure collection efficiency.

 Execute sales schemes and comply with beat coverage plans.

Target Industries & Companies

 Industries: Automotive components, ancillaries, accessories, spares,

lubricants, washing, detailing, and refinish.

 Target Companies: 3M, Involve-canopy, Issence, Kovax, Moto Max

(Pidilite), AirPro, Wuerth, Turtle Wax, Motul, Gulf Oil, Waxpol,

Mapletech Corporation, Menzerna, Jopasu, Maple, Rupes, Kelvin,
