Junior Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to support our finance team in managing daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, strong analytical skills, Tally and proficiency in MS Excel.

• Key Responsibilities
• Record daily financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and payment records.
• Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Verify bills, expense claims, and supporting documents.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Generate reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related requirements.

• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field is mandatory.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Basic knowledge of Tally, Busy, or other accounting software.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of bookkeeping and journal entries.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
