Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Event Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our online webinars, masterclasses, and physical corporate events across India.

In this role, you will bridge event operations, vendor coordination, delegate engagement, live event facilitation, and post-event conversion. You will be responsible for filling event seats, delivering seamless attendee experiences, presenting sales offers on stage/screen, and pursuing prospect follow-ups through to closure.

• Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities1. Pre-Event Planning & ProspectingProspecting & Outreach: Coordinate with ad agencies, marketing teams, and internal databases to connect with prospects and drive registrations for both online webinars and offline masterclasses.
• Vendor & Agency Liaison: Coordinate end-to-end with event management companies, AV vendors, printing partners, digital marketing agencies, and venue managers.
• Event Logistics: Manage venue bookings, hotel arrangements, travel/stay logistics, collateral printing, and digital room setups (Zoom/Teams).
• 2. Event Execution & Live FacilitationOn-Site & Online Presence: Be present at every single event (online and offline) to manage tech flows, host logistics, delegate check-ins, and agenda timelines.
• Attendee Facilitation: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, speakers, and VIPs, ensuring a smooth "WOW" experience.
• Sales Offer Presentation: Confidently present sales offers, program announcements, and call-to-actions (CTAs) during live webinars and physical events.
• 3. Post-Event Follow-Up & Sales ClosureLead Management: Immediately organize and segment post-event lead data, feedback forms, and session attendance records.
• End-to-End Conversion: Conduct direct follow-up calls, messaging, and email outreach with prospects post-event until final deal closure.
• Performance Reporting: Track event ROI, attendance ratios, cost per lead, and final conversion metrics.
• Key Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Prior hands-on experience in corporate event management, workshop coordination, or webinar execution is a strong advantage.
• Sales & Pitching Skills: Ability to address audiences, present product/program offers during live events, and handle client objections during follow-ups.
• Mobility: Willingness and flexibility to travel Pan-India for physical events and masterclasses as required.
• Vendor Coordination: Proven ability to manage multi-vendor negotiations, ad agency deliverables, and venue operations under tight deadlines.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

2. Event Execution Score: Flawless technical and logistical delivery of events with zero operational downtime.
3. Conversion Rate: Percentage of event attendees successfully converted into paid clients post-event.
