Job Description
- Job Description – Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)Make outbound calls to customers for service reminders, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Conduct post-service feedback calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve or escalate queries promptly.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM/DMS system.
- Follow up with inactive and pending service customers.
- Record customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions accurately.
- Coordinate with the service team for timely customer communication.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional and courteous communication.
- Prepare and submit daily call reports and customer feedback reports.
- Ensure timely resolution and closure of customer concerns.
- Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives through regular engagement.
