Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and handle end-to-end tendering activities on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal
Prepare, submit, and track bids/tenders as per GeM guidelines
Upload product listings, update catalog details, pricing, and compliance documents
Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial, and statutory documentation
Monitor bid status, clarifications, corrigenda, and contract awards
Ensure timely submission of tenders and accurate documentation
Maintain records of tenders, bids, and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good understanding of tender documentation and compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferable immediate joiners.
