Monitor the daily team performance, and individual metrics, and manage work schedule compliance · Report and optimize results, Coach and develop customer service skills 

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Should be flexible towards rotational shifts, Extensions, and weekend working

•Achieve Daily, weekly, and monthly set Targets for the team.

•Should achieve 6500 calls per month per agent (dialed) & 100% achievement on allocation target

•To achieve a minimum of 90% quality score monthly for the team on audited calls.

•Should audit executive calls share on-time feedback & Conduct Mock call daily

•Retain 90% of resources in the team – “Business Expectation - zero Attrition”

•To control shrinkages within team

•Monitor team performance and report on metrics “Good PC skills, especially MS Excel”

•Excellent communication and leadership skills 

•Decision-making skills

•Discover training needs and provide coaching, listen to team members' feedback, and resolve any issues or conflicts.

•Effectively motivate and encourage team members to work together towards a shared objective.

•To conduct weekly reviews against planned vs actuals for the team members and document them.

Job Requirements:

•Preferred Candidates – Male/Female

•Excellent Communication Skills – Mandatory

•Good Analytical Skills

•Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint and other presentation developing tools.

•Team handling in Real Estate experience would be an added advantage

•Any Graduates

Exceptional oral skills in regional languages – Telugu/Hindi/English
