Job Description
TELECALLER (EXPERIENCED – 1 TO 3 YEARS)
Position
Telecaller | Client Acquisition & Follow-up Executive
To generate qualified consultation appointments through structured calling and disciplined follow-ups, ensuring a strong and active lead pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call fresh and existing leads
- Book consultation appointments
- Maintain consistent follow-ups
- Handle basic client queries
- Update CRM accurately after every call
- Ensure no lead is left unattended
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in telecalling / customer interaction
- Good communication skills (Hindi ,Telugu & basic English)
- Strong follow-up mindset
- Comfortable with targets and calling pressure
- Basic CRM handling knowledge
Salary Structure
- Fixed + Incentives : ₹13,000 – ₹20,000/-
Working Details:
- 6 days working
- Rotational weekly off
- Sunday working
- Festival working (rotational off)
