Senior Site Engineer

Senior Site Engineer:-

Key Responsibilities:- Plan and supervise daily civil and finishing activities across assigned work fronts, including subcontractor manpower, materials and equipment.

·        Interpret approved drawings, method statements and specifications; ensure work is executed exactly to the latest approved revision.

·        Prepare daily progress reports, weekly look-ahead plans and productivity updates for the Project Manager.

·        Coordinate survey, formwork, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishes and relevant MEP interfaces.

·        Inspect work before cover-up and raise/close quality observations; coordinate material and work inspection requests.

·        Control rework by conducting stage-wise checks and ensuring mock-ups or samples are approved before bulk execution.

·        Raise timely material requests and coordinate with stores and procurement to avoid work-front disruption.

·        Lead toolbox talks and ensure practical compliance with site safety, housekeeping and labour discipline.

·        Escalate drawing conflicts, site constraints, delays and risks with proposed corrective actions.
