Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Data Center & UPS Sales Manager to drive sales of Data Center Infrastructure, UPS Systems, Power Solutions, and related services. The candidate should have experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and business development.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities for Data Center and UPS solutions.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new customers in IT, Manufacturing, Pharma, Healthcare, Banking, Telecom, and Commercial sectors.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams for solution design.
• Manage quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on payments and support project execution.
• Maintain sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports.

• Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, or Mechanical Engineering.
• MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
