Job Description
We are looking for a confident and communication-focused candidate responsible for calling leads, understanding their requirements, and converting them into confirmed patient appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call assigned leads and explain relevant healthcare services.
- Understand patient requirements and answer basic queries.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Update lead and appointment details accurately in the CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly appointment booking targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.
