About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Executive to expand Bazaar Aao's presence across Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for visiting local shops and businesses, introducing them to the Bazaar Aao platform, explaining the benefits of listing their business, and successfully onboarding them.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local shops, stores, restaurants, supermarkets, and other businesses across assigned areas of Hyderabad.
• Identify potential businesses and generate new leads through field visits.
• Introduce Bazaar Aao and explain how the platform helps businesses improve their online visibility and reach local customers.
• Demonstrate the Bazaar Aao portal and explain available Free, Basic, Gold, and Premium plans.
• Convince business owners to register and list their businesses on the platform.
• Assist business owners with registration, profile creation, product/service listing, images, categories, and other required information.
• Follow up with interested businesses and convert leads into successful registrations/subscriptions.
• Maintain accurate records of businesses visited, leads generated, follow-ups, and onboardings.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local business owners.
• Collect feedback from businesses and communicate suggestions or issues to the internal team.
• Monitor competitor platforms and identify opportunities to improve Bazaar Aao's local presence.

• Number of businesses visited per day
• Number of leads generated
• Number of businesses onboarded
• Number of paid subscriptions converted
• Monthly revenue generated
• Follow-up and conversion rate
• Business-owner feedback and retention

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and convincing/presentation skills.
• Comfortable with field work and meeting business owners directly.
• Ability to explain products/services clearly.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Knowledge of Hyderabad's local areas and businesses would be an added advantage.
