Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads and close sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
