Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Conduct comprehensive inspections of apartments and villas before handover and resale.

Inspect civil, finishing, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, and safety aspects of residential properties.

Identify construction defects and recommend corrective actions.

Operate inspection equipment such as thermal cameras, moisture meters, wall scanners, and borescopes.

Capture clear photographs and document observations during inspections.

Prepare accurate and professional inspection reports within the prescribed timeline.

Explain inspection findings to clients in a clear and professional manner.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely inspection scheduling and report delivery.

Maintain inspection quality standards and follow Checkaro SOPs.
