Property Manager

We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy and proactive Land & Property Field Supervisor to oversee and monitor multiple land and property assets in and around Hyderabad.

The person will be responsible for regularly visiting properties, monitoring activities at the sites, supervising maintenance and other land-related work, identifying potential issues and providing timely updates to management.

This is primarily a field-based position and requires regular travel to different locations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular physical inspections of assigned lands and properties.
• Monitor properties for encroachments, unauthorized occupation, construction or other suspicious activity.
• Take photographs/videos during every site visit and submit regular status reports.
• Verify property boundaries, fencing, access roads and general site condition.
• Supervise fencing, land clearing, maintenance, security and other work being carried out at the properties.
• Coordinate with contractors, labourers, surveyors, security personnel and other vendors.
• Be present at sites when surveys, measurements or other property-related activities are conducted.
• Maintain records of site visits, work completed, expenses and pending issues.
• Immediately escalate any disputes, encroachment attempts, boundary issues or unusual activity to management.
• Assist management with field-level coordination relating to land and property matters.
• Follow up on assigned property-related tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding property information and ownership matters.
• Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in land supervision, property management, real estate field operations, construction/site supervision or similar work is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
• Understanding of land boundaries, survey markings, fencing and basic property documentation is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate confidently with local residents, contractors, workers and other stakeholders.
• Must be willing to travel frequently to different land locations.
• Two-wheeler/car and valid driving licence preferred.
• Basic ability to use WhatsApp, Google Maps, email and smartphone applications for reporting.
• Telugu fluency preferred; ability to communicate in English/Hindi is an advantage.
• Candidate should be reliable, observant, organised and capable of working independently.

ReportingThe supervisor will be expected to provide:

• Site visit photographs/videos
• Location/site visit updates
• Work progress reports
• Details of any unusual or unauthorized activity
• Maintenance requirements
• Expense/work records where applicable
• Immediate alerts for urgent property issues
