Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Implementation Specialist who can successfully implement SaaS-based software solutions, manage client relationships, and provide end-to-end implementation support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and product presentation skills while handling both client visits and in-house implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities       

Implement and deploy SaaS-based software solutions for clients.

·        Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding, implementation, and user training.

·        Visit client locations for implementation, requirement gathering, and support (50% Field Work).

·        Coordinate with internal technical, development, and support teams.

·        Understand customer business processes and recommend suitable product solutions.

·        Provide post-implementation support and resolve customer queries.

·        Build and maintain strong client relationships.

·        Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful project delivery.

·        Handle vendor and client support activities efficiently.

·        Prepare implementation documents, reports, and project updates.

·        Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills       

Strong knowledge of SaaS Applications and Product Implementation.

·        Strong HRMS Software knowledge will be an added advantage.

·        Experience in Vendor & Client Support.

·        Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills.

·        Strong stakeholder management and customer handling abilities.

·        Good business understanding and analytical thinking.

·        Fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills.

·        Professional personality with a customer-centric approach.

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple client implementations.

Qualification      

Any Degree (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., BBA, BCA, B.Tech., B.E., or equivalent)

·        Arts Graduates are encouraged to apply.

·        MBA will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

        Minimum 5–10+ years of relevant experience in Product Implementation, SaaS Products, Client Support, or Software Solutions.

·        Candidates must be from Hyderabad.

·        Must be fluent in English (Mandatory), Hindi, and Telugu.

·        Must own a Bike or Car for client visits whenever required.

·        Willing to travel across Hyderabad for customer meetings and implementations.

Work Pattern

        50% Client Visits (Field Work)

      50% In-House Product Implementation & Coordination
