Pharmacist

We are a fast-growing skin and hair clinic in West Hyderabad, having served over 7,000 patients in three years. We're looking for a qualified Pharmacist to manage medication dispensing and clinic pharmacy stock as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately, with clear instructions to patients on dosage and usage
• Maintain and manage inventory of medications and clinical consumables (Botox, PRP/GFC kits, local anaesthetics, dermal fillers, etc.), including cold-chain storage where required
• Check expiry dates and rotate stock; flag and reorder
• Maintain records of controlled/scheduled drugs as per regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with doctors and therapists on stock availability for scheduled procedures
• Ensure compliance with all applicable pharmacy laws and Telangana Pharmacy Council regulations
• Maintain accurate purchase, sales, and stock registers
• Support billing for medications/products dispensed, in coordination with front desk

What We're Looking For

• D.Pharm or B.Pharm degree, registered with the Telangana State Pharmacy Council
• Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or retail pharmacy preferred
• Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi
• Comfortable with basic computer/inventory software
• Honest, detail-oriented, and comfortable with regulatory record keeping
• Calm under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment
