Job Description
1. Staff & Schedule ManagementManage daily schedules for editors, camera crew, and support staff.
- Track project timelines to ensure all video shoots and post-production phases (editing, color, audio) stay on track.
- Assign tasks, monitor daily output, and resolve any workflow bottlenecks.
2. Vendor & Communication ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for external vendors, freelance editors, camera crews, and service providers.
- Communicate project requirements, changes, and revision requests clearly to vendors.
- Manage vendor deliverables, timelines, invoicing, and quality checks.
3. Office & Daily OperationsMaintain smooth day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the studio/office.
- Monitor studio equipment, hard drives, and office supplies to ensure everything is available and maintained.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, attendance tracking, and day-to-day coordination between teams.
