Network Administrator

Manage, configure, and maintain the organization’s LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and network infrastructure.

Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure high network availability and uptime.

Configure and manage TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and network security protocols.

Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and system access.

Manage and monitor CCTV surveillance systems, including IP cameras, NVR/DVRs, storage, remote monitoring, and camera connectivity.

Troubleshoot CCTV network issues, camera downtime, recording failures, and NVR/DVR connectivity.

Implement network security measures including firewalls, access controls, antivirus, patch management, and security monitoring.

Perform regular network and CCTV system maintenance, backups, configuration changes, and health checks.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for network equipment, CCTV systems, internet connectivity, AMC, and technical support.

Maintain network/CCTV documentation, asset inventory, incident reports, and preventive maintenance records, while providing timely technical support to users.
