Job Description

A premium boutique hotel is hiring an experienced Maintenance Executive for its pre-opening team.

Salary: ₹25,000–30,000/month

Responsibilities:

  • Electrical, plumbing & carpentry maintenance
  • Preventive & breakdown maintenance
  • DG, pumps, lighting & utility maintenance
  • Coordinate with AMC vendors
  • Ensure smooth hotel operations

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of maintenance experience
  • ITI/Diploma preferred
  • Hotel, hospital or commercial building experience is an advantage
  • Immediate joiners preferred
