Job Description

We're Hiring: Junior Business Development Executive

📍 KPHB Colony, Hyderabad | On-site | Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

J Agents Labs builds software for real estate professionals. The product is ready. The leads are ready. We need one person who can sell.

No degree required — 12th pass and above can apply. We care about confidence and communication, not certificates.

What you'll do:

  • Call brokers, agents, and developers across Hyderabad every day
  • Leads are provided — no cold prospecting, no figuring out who to call
  • Follow up consistently and close deals
  • Build and own your calling pipeline

What we need:

  • Fluent in Telugu, English, and Hindi — confident on live calls
  • No hesitation, no scripts — just sharp, natural conversations
  • Fresher or up to 2 years of experience welcome
  • Must be available to work on-site from our KPHB office

What you get:

  • ₹10,000 fixed salary/month to start
  • 5% commission on every closure, from day one
  • Fixed salary revised to ₹15,000/month after 3 months, based on performance — commission continues
  • Real product-market fit — you're selling something that already works, to leads that are already warm
