📋 Job Description – Life Insurance Sales ExecutivePosition Title: Sales Executive – Life Insurance

Location: Multiple branches (depending on company requirement)

CTC Offered: ₹3–5 LPA (fixed + incentives, depending on experience)

Reporting To: Branch Manager / Area Sales Head

Department: Sales – Life Insurance

• Job PurposeTo acquire new customers and provide them with customized life insurance solutions.
• To achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch revenue.
• To build long-term customer relationships through trust and service.
• Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Acquisition: Identify prospects through cold calls, references, and lead generation.
• Sales Conversion: Meet customers, explain product features, and close sales.
• Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing contact with clients for renewals and upselling.
• Target Achievement: Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company guidelines.
• Documentation: Ensure accurate completion of application forms and compliance requirements.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitor products and industry trends.
• Reporting: Submit daily/weekly MIS reports on sales activities and pipeline.
• Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Minimum graduation (any stream).
• Experience: 1–3 years in sales (insurance, banking, or financial services preferred).
• Age Limit: 21–35 years.
