Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – Doors & Windows

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven

Digital Sales Executive to handle inbound and outbound sales for our Doors & Windows division. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing the complete sales cycle—from customer enquiry to order closure.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle enquiries received through digital platforms such as the website, social media, WhatsApp, email, and other lead sources.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable door and window solutions.
  • Prepare and send quotations accurately and promptly.
  • Follow up regularly with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities in Excel or CRM.
  • Coordinate with the production, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Continuously learn about our products, features, and industry trends to provide accurate product information to customers.
  • Required SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Digital Sales, Tele Sales, or Inside Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
  • Strong customer handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized with good time management and follow-up skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email.
  • Positive attitude, self-learning mindset, and willingness to understand technical products.
  • Preferred ExperiencePrior experience in Doors, Windows, uPVC, Aluminium Systems, Building Materials, Interior Products, Hardware, Plywood, Laminates, or Construction Sales will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in B2B and project sales is preferred.
