Job Description
Performance Coach / Strength & Conditioning Coach
Join SFSA Human Performance Center and work with fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and general population clients in a high-performance training environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients and design personalized training programs.
- Coach strength, conditioning, functional fitness, and performance sessions.
- Monitor client progress and ensure safe exercise execution.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional training experience.
- Maintain training records and uphold professional standards.
Requirements
- CPT / Strength & Conditioning certification preferred.
- Passion for coaching and continuous learning.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge can also apply.
