Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesVisit wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and prospective customers regularly.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into active customers.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Promote and explain company products, pricing, schemes, and offers.
  • Present product samples and catalogues to customers.
  • Collect customer requirements and generate sales orders.
  • Achieve monthly sales and collection targets assigned by management.
  • Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
  • Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
  • Provide daily visit and sales reports to the reporting manager.
  • Maintain proper records of customer meetings, orders, collections, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse, accounts, and management teams for order processing and delivery.
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
  • Handle company samples and other sales assets responsibly.
  • Travel within the assigned territory as required for business development.
  • Follow company policies regarding travel, expenses, reporting, attendance, and customer handling.
