🌾 WE ARE HIRING: FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE 🌾

📍 *Role Summary*

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales, conduct on-field machinery demonstrations, and expand our market presence in the agricultural equipment domain.

🎯 *Key Responsibilities*

•  *Field Visits & Demos:* Travel extensively to conduct on-field machinery demonstrations for dealers, agricultural cooperatives, and farmers.

•  *Dealer Training:* Provide on-site safe operation training to dealers and resolve technical queries.

•  *Expo Attendance:* Mandatory participation and brand representation at agricultural shows and expos held within your designated state.

•  *Reporting* : Submit regular sales logs, market analysis, and travel records to the Sales Manager

📋 *Mandatory Requirements*

•  *Education* : Minimum 12th Pass / PUC (Graduation is a plus).

•  *Experience* : Proven B2B sales experience. (Prior experience in machinery, industrial products, technical hardware, or agri-machinery is mandatory.)

•  *Mobility* : Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel up to a 200 km radius within the assigned territory.

•  *Skills* : Ability to explain technical product specs, along with strong communication and negotiation skills

💰 *Compensation & Perks*

•  *Fixed Salary* : ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month.

•  *Incentives* : Highly attractive, performance-based sales incentives

•  *Travel Reimbursement:* All business travel expenses are fully covered by the company, subject to the standard expense structure provided by the organization.

•  *Annual Corporate Training:* 1-week mandatory offline training at our Bengaluru office (100% travel and accommodation expenses borne by the company).

⚙️ *Selection & Appointment Process*

•  *Online Training:* Shortlisted candidates will enter a online product training program.

•  *Final Appointment:* The official appointment letter will be issued only upon scoring 85% or higher in the final online training assessment.

•  *Evaluation:* Candidates will undergo structured rounds assessing Technical Knowledge, Behavioral Skills, and Professional Attitude.
