Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage the complete lifecycle of our online business. The role involves creating and managing product listings, handling marketplace operations, coordinating inventory, processing orders, ensuring timely dispatch, and delivering an excellent customer experience across all online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

Create and upload product listings on marketplaces and the brand website.

Write SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and specifications.

Upload and optimise product images, videos, pricing, and attributes.

Ensure product information is accurate and updated.

Marketplace Management

Manage seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, Nykaa, and the company website.

Monitor product rankings, visibility, and catalogue health.

Coordinate participation in promotional campaigns and marketplace sales.

Inventory & Order Management

Maintain accurate inventory across all online channels.

Process incoming orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams.

Ensure timely packing, dispatch, and delivery.

Minimise order cancellations and returns.

Customer Service

Respond to customer enquiries promptly.

Resolve complaints, returns, exchanges, and refund requests.

Maintain high seller ratings and customer satisfaction.

Sales & Performance Analysis

Monitor daily sales, conversion rates, and order trends.

Generate sales and inventory reports.

Recommend strategies to improve online sales and profitability.

Digital Coordination

Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, banners, and product launches.

Support online advertising campaigns and seasonal sales.

Desired Skills

Experience with major e-commerce marketplaces.

Knowledge of product listing optimisation and SEO.

Strong Excel and reporting skills.

Familiarity with inventory and order management systems.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2–5 years of relevant e-commerce experience in fashion, apparel, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
