E-Commerce Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online sales operations and support day-to-day e-commerce activities. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of digital marketing, online marketplaces, and order processing, along with good organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms and update product information.
• Process online orders and coordinate with the delivery team for timely dispatch.
• Assist in executing digital and online marketing campaigns.
• Monitor inventory and ensure product availability across online channels.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues.
• Perform printer operations for invoices, shipping labels, and other documents.
• Manage stationery inventory and office supplies.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of online transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations.

• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• English: Basic English
