We are looking for a confident and detail-oriented Call Center Coordinator to join our team supporting a client in the legal space.

 

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls and emails to law firms and professional contacts

Follow up on case updates and required documents

Navigate multiple legal case management systems

Organize and maintain case-related information and documentation

Track progress and identify/escalate bottlenecks

 

What We are Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong follow-up and coordination abilities

Comfortable handling professional outbound calls

Quick learner who can adapt to new software/systems

Detail-oriented and able to work independently
