Role : Export & Import Executive

o  A bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field is required having experience of 3-4 years in the related field having strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.

·     Manage operations: Oversee all import and export activities, ensuring efficient and timely movement of goods.

·     Ensure compliance: Adhere to all international trade laws, regulations, and policies.

·     Handle documentation: Prepare, process, and submit all necessary documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.

·     Coordinate logistics: Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, and CHA’s.

·     Monitor shipments: Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues or delays that arise.

·     Manage costs: Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers and contribute to budgeting.

·     Report on performance: Prepare and analyze reports on import/export activities and performance.
