Digital Marketing Executive

Handle digital marketing activities for the company’s broadband/telecom services.

Promote broadband plans, offers, and new connections through digital platforms.

Manage social media posts, customer inquiries, and online leads.

Generate and follow up on leads through digital channels.

Make outbound calls to customers and leads regarding broadband services.

Explain broadband plans, pricing, offers, and installation process.

Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

Handle customer queries related to new connections, upgrades, and plans.

Maintain daily call and lead follow-up reports.

Coordinate with the sales and field teams for customer installation and connection requirements.

Perform other marketing and telecalling activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Good telecalling and customer-handling skills.

Lead generation and follow-up skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Target-oriented and positive attitude.

Prior experience in Telecom/ISP/BPO/Sales will be an advantage.
