Job Description
🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Support Executive
Are you passionate about helping customers and solving problems? We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our growing team and build a strong talent pipeline for future opportunities.
📍 Location: Hyderabad
💼 Experience: 6 months – 3 years
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
🔄 Shift: Rotational Shifts
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, chats, and tickets in a professional and timely manner
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases
Provide product/service information and guide customers effectively
🔹 Requirements:
Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and empathy
Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
