Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and developers.
  • Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality and other architectural projects.
  • Generate new business opportunities through regular market visits, networking and relationship building.
  • Introduce 79° East’s surface solutions and understand clients’ design and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with architects and designers for material presentations, samples and mock-ups.
  • Follow up on specifications, approvals, quotations and project requirements.
  • Track projects from initial enquiry through material selection, approval and execution.
  • Build a strong pipeline of architects, designers, developers and projects.
  • Coordinate with the internal technical and execution teams to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and provide accurate updates on project status.
  • Represent 79° East professionally at architect meets, exhibitions, industry events and client meetings.
