Business Development Associate

Job Summary:
Pixel Led Private Limited is hiring a Business Development Associate to drive B2B sales and support branch operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling high-value products or solutions and be confident in meeting customers, generating leads, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, expos and client visits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with operations for order execution and customer support.
- Manage basic inventory, dispatch coordination, and branch administration.
Requirements - 1–3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Experience in high-ticket sales (LED, CCTV, AV, Solar, Electrical, Industrial Products, IT Hardware, Building Materials, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel locally.
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month + Performance Incentives
