*JOB SUMMARY:*

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, GST, billing and reporting for our s

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

*1. Accounting & Bookkeeping*

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime / ERP / Zoho Books

- Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, vendor payments and reconciliation

- Manage cash, bank entries, and petty cash handling

*2. GST, TDS & Compliance*

- Prepare and file GST Returns - GSTR-1, 3B, invoicing as per GST norms

- Handle TDS calculation, filing, and Form 16/16A coordination

- Assist CA for audit, year-end closing and financial statements

- Knowledge of e-way bill, e-invoice is added advantage

*3. Billing & Inventory (For Jewellery Clients)*

- Gold, Diamond & Silver stock valuation and inventory reconciliation

- Billing at POS, barcode entry, wastage/making charges tracking

- Daily sales report (DSR) and stock transfer entries

*4. MIS & Reporting (For Real Estate Clients)*

- Prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Budget reports

- Prepare site-wise collection report and broker commission sheet

- Handle payroll inputs, expenses, and rent agreements
